Tool		What it does
slack_me_find_user	read	Looks up a Slack user by email using YOUR Slack account (the person who connected it) — read-only: returns their user ID (U…).
slack_me_get_workspace	read	Shows which Slack workspace YOUR Slack account (the person who connected it) is in — read-only: the workspace this personal connection points at.
slack_me_list_channels	read	Lists the channels YOUR Slack account can see (the person who connected it) — read-only.
slack_me_send_message	write	Sends as YOU (the person who connected this Slack account): the message appears from you, not from Mente.

Tool names are suffixed with the connection they run against when you have more than one — slack_me_find_user@production. With a single connection the bare name works.
